I’m Brian Troiano, CEO of Rvv Corp—a faith-driven entrepreneur who’s built and sold two multimillion-dollar businesses while helping thousands of entrepreneurs turn passion into profit.
For 19 years, I’ve also been a devoted husband and father, guided by my Christian values to serve others—whether through digital marketing or on the baseball field. Coaching kids is one of my greatest callings, and I’m proud to have led the Keystone All-Star Teams to back-to-back championships at 8U in 2024 and 9U in 2025, along with the 2024 Keystone Yankees Championship.
I didn’t grow up with a perfect roadmap for success. Like many people, I stumbled through life chasing things I thought would make me happy — money, titles, and quick wins. I thought that if I worked harder, made more, and climbed higher, I’d finally feel complete.
None of it filled the hole inside me. Every time I reached a milestone, I felt emptier than before.
The turning point came when I surrendered my life to Christ. That moment didn’t just change my faith — it changed my perspective on everything. I realized that success without purpose is meaningless. And purpose without faith will always leave you searching.
Since then, my story has been less about chasing accolades and more about serving others, building people up, and living a life that truly matters.
At the center of my life is my family. For over 19 years, I’ve been blessed to be married to my wife Jen — my rock, my best friend, and my greatest teammate. Together, we’ve walked through ups, downs, and everything in between, always leaning on God’s grace to guide us.
Our three kids are my biggest motivation and joy:
Vito (“Big Money”) – my ballplayer with grit, fire, and determination. Coaching him has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.
Rocco (“Rocco Taco”) – our spark plug, always full of energy, creativity, and humor. He reminds me daily that joy is a choice.
Valentina (“Vally Girl”) – the heart of our family, with a smile that lights up every room. She’s sweet, strong, and already has a faith-filled spirit that inspires me.
We pray together. We laugh together. We sometimes cry together. These moments — the real, unfiltered ones — mean more to me than any title, paycheck, or business win ever could.
Baseball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. But coaching isn’t just about the game — it’s about shaping lives.
When I’m on the field, I’m not just teaching kids how to throw or hit. I’m teaching them:
I’ve been blessed to coach championship teams, including the Keystone Yankees and the Keystone 8u and 9u All-Stars. But the true victories aren’t in trophies. They’re in the phone calls, the messages, the parents who tell me: “Coach, you helped my child believe again.”
That’s what drives me. Baseball is simply the stage — the real play is about instilling confidence, courage, and character into the next generation.
In business, I’ve walked both sides of the coin — failure and success. I’ve built companies, sold companies, and learned lessons the hard way.
Today, as the CEO of Rvv Corp, I lead a digital marketing agency that helps entrepreneurs and creators transform their passions into profits. But it’s more than that. It’s about freedom — the freedom to create a life where your business fuels your purpose, not just your bank account.

I grew up with dreams bigger than my circumstances. I wanted more, but I didn’t always know how to get there. I tried, failed, and tried again. And for a long time, I chased the wrong things — believing money or recognition would heal the emptiness inside.
The Turning Point – Finding Faith
Life has a way of humbling us. I hit moments where I questioned everything: Am I enough? Will I ever get this right? It was in those moments of brokenness that I found the unshakable truth — God’s purpose for my life was bigger than my plans. That realization became the foundation for everything I do today.

As I grew in faith, I grew in responsibility. I became a husband, a father, a coach, and a leader. I started businesses, built teams, and realized that leadership wasn’t about control — it was about service. Whether it was coaching a Little League team or mentoring a young entrepreneur, my mission became the same: help people believe in themselves.

Now, I measure success differently. Not in dollars or trophies, but in impact. In the families strengthened, the kids inspired, the entrepreneurs set free. I wake up every day with the same fire: to live with integrity, to honor God with my work, and to serve others in their journey.
